Learn a little more about hypopressives

Who can benefit from the Create Lift hypopressives programme?

Create Lift is specifically created to help women with pelvic floor dysfunction such as prolapse and incontinence. Create Lift can help whether you're newly post partum, never had a baby or going through menopause and beyond.

Can anyone perform hypopressives?

Hypopressive exercises can generally be performed by most people. It's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. You don't have to have to be a certain shape or have a high fitness level to start.

Pregnant women can perform the breathing part of the program but not the vacuum technique. Post-natal women should have clearance from their medical professional. We recommend waiting 8 weeks post birth if you have a vaginal birth and 12 for a caesarean.

How is the course structured?

The first step is booking an obligation free 15 min call with me. We can then sign you up for the program once you have decided to proceed.

 

The first session of the program will be 1hr. Following that, there will be 10 x 30min sessions. We allow a buffer, so that if you're sick or on holidays, we still finish within 14 weeks. If you do need to cancel a session, we can find another time that works.

How often do I need to practice?

We recommend practicing 15 mins a day, 6 days a week. Establishing a routine of practicing hypopressives first thing in the morning can be really beneficial. Of course, everyone is different, so whenever you can find the time in your day - go for it! 

When will I start seeing results?

We screen all clients before they begin Create Lift, during the program, and then again at the end of the program. Most women will start to notice benefits at the 6/7 week mark and with some noticing changes even sooner.

Do I need any special equipment?

All you need is some comfy exercise clothes, a mat and a laptop with video for online sessions!

How does it work if I'm not based in Sydney?

The program is generally run online. As long as you have access to a laptop with a video and a good internet connection, it doesn't matter where you are based!

What is the cost of the Create Lift program?

The full program is $1400 AUD or 3 instalments of $467.  This includes 6 hrs (11 sessions) of 1:1 coaching (at a time that suits) you over 14 weeks, unlimited support in between sessions, pdf pose cue cards and lifetime access to online video guides.

If you're not ready yet for the full program, I offer a taster session for $90. When you're ready for the full program, this will be taken off the full cost.
